We are inviting applications from suitably qualified / experienced
professionals to join our team in either our Youth Service and/or our
Youth Diversion Project ? CODY based in Cherry Orchard, Dublin

Cherry Orchard Equine Centre CLG. operates a number of services
supporting young people and their families living in Cherry Orchard
Dublin **Apply on the website**. We also operate a community
equestrian centre providing a range of riding and therapeutic
programmes.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES
* Deliver the actions and goals set out in the organisation?s
strategic and operational plans
* Work with colleagues to design and deliver programmes, initiatives
and interventions in consultation with management, funders and the
board
* Engage young people in youth work programmes
* Develop integrated initiatives with local organisations and local
schools
* Work closely with all services within Cherry Orchard Equine Centre
to ensure wrap around supports for young people engaged
* Ensure the health and safety of all young people within the
service
* Support in the recording of programme activities
* Adhere to all company and statutory policies, procedures and best
practice
REQUIREMENTS
* A third level qualification (Degree level or equivalent) in social
work, social care, youth work/community work, education or related
discipline is required
* Three years? experience of working with vulnerable and at-risk
young people is desirable
* A good understanding of issues affecting marginalised young people
is required
* A full clean driving licence is desirable (not essential)
